NOTE: The next hearing will take place on December 16, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. (local time), in the Connection Center of the School Corporation located at 10 NE H Street, Linton, Indiana 47441
Linton-Stockton School Corporation is in the planning phase of a project to address the evolving academic, athletic, and administrative needs of its students and staff. The district has engaged an architect (VPS Architecture) and construction manager (The Skillman Corporation) to develop a strategic plan that may involve both new construction and renovations of existing facilities. This initiative focuses on creating a modern and functional campus to support quality education and community engagement. A list of priority and additional projects under consideration is provided below.
Through careful planning and financial consideration, this project has been designed to be tax neutral, meaning it will not result in a tax increase for residents of the Linton-Stockton School District. By leveraging existing resources and maximizing financial efficiency, the district aims to fund these improvements without placing additional burdens on the community. This approach reflects a commitment to responsible fiscal management while prioritizing enhancements that will benefit students, staff, and residents alike.
